Contracting party and controlling terms

Jelizaveta Cervjakova is the developer, licensor, and contracting party for AI Chat Exporter for Safari. These terms supplement Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If these terms conflict with that agreement, Apple's Standard EULA controls.

Service

AI Chat Exporter adds export controls to supported AI chat pages and creates PDFs from user-visible conversations. The supported Safari launch providers are ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini. The app is independent and is not affiliated with OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google.

Free and paid access

The free plan provides a limited number of exports per day. While an eligible subscription is active, Safari Pro provides unlimited PDF exports plus ongoing compatibility updates for supported AI chat sites.

Auto-renewable subscriptions

• Monthly and yearly Safari Pro subscriptions are purchased and managed through Apple In-App Purchase.
• The exact localized price and billing period appear in the Mac app before purchase.
• A subscription automatically renews for the selected period until canceled.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Manage or cancel renewal in App Store subscription settings.
• Any introductory trial appears only when Apple confirms the offer and your eligibility. Unless canceled before the trial ends, it converts to the displayed paid subscription.
• Apple handles renewals, cancellations, and refunds under its applicable terms.

Acceptable use

• Use the app only with conversations and content you are authorized to access and export.
• Do not bypass quota or entitlement controls or interfere with the supported provider sites.
• You are responsible for PDFs you create, retain, and share.

Availability

Provider websites can change without notice and may temporarily affect export behavior while compatibility is updated. Warranty disclaimers and limits of liability are governed by Apple's Standard EULA and applicable law.
