AI Chat Exporter provides browser-side PDF export for supported AI chat pages, plus hosted billing, account linking, and subscription verification.
What we collect
- Account information you provide, such as name and email address.
- Subscription and billing metadata returned by Stripe, such as customer, subscription, and plan identifiers.
- Extension-linking metadata required to connect a paid account to a browser extension installation.
- Basic server logs needed to operate and secure the billing and account service.
What we do not collect
- We do not collect or store your exported chat content on our billing server.
- The extension reads supported chat pages and local/saved HTML files only to provide the user-facing PDF export feature in your browser.
- We do not store full payment card details on this site. Payments are processed by Stripe.
How we use data
- To create and manage your account.
- To process subscriptions, renewals, upgrades, cancellations, and customer portal actions.
- To verify whether your extension installation has an active paid entitlement.
- To send account access or login emails when email sign-in is enabled.
Third-party services
We use Stripe for subscription billing and may use Google sign-in and an email delivery provider for authentication. Those providers process data according to their own policies.
Limited use
Information received from Google APIs is used only to provide sign-in and account linking for AI Chat Exporter and is handled in accordance with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Data retention
We retain account and subscription metadata for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
